Preparation of Moisturizing Lotion from Combination Extract of Clitoria ternatea Flower and Dragon Fruit Peels

Background: The skin is the organ that covers entire human body and serves to protect from outside influences, so needs be protected. process of destruction characterized by appearance wrinkles, dried cracked. Skin damage can occur due sun's rays. Antioxidants are needed prevent, inhibit structural skin. This study aims determine best concentration a combination Clitoria ternatea L. flower extract dragon fruit (Hylocereus Polyrhizus (F.A.C. Weber) Britton & Rose) peel in lotion formulation. research was conducted making preparation formulate differentiating its F1 (5%:5%), F2 (3%:6%), F3 (7%:3.5%). results: Lotion L with (7%:3.5%), showed effect, because it gives higher moisture increase compared initial conditions, 32.6% become 65.2% after 4 weeks usage. conclusion: Combination formulated as moisturizing 7%: 3.5%.
